Texas Instruments Tuesday (Nov. 22) announced a new release of the company's Web site that TI says has been specifically tailored to electronic designers.
TI (Dallas) said the company's new Web design makes it faster and easier for design engineers to access product information and support materials critical to designs.
Designed with the engineer in mind, TI said, the new site is built using a component-based architecture that allows engineers to view relevant content based on where they are on the site. Engineers are no longer forced to browse through complex and confusing navigational menus, TI said, because the site's new navigation is focused on expanded product trees and an enhanced parametric search tool allowing engineers to find and select devices quicker.
"TI is not only committed to providing our customers with some of the industry's highest performance products but the tools that help them find the products and design resources that they need to get their products to market quickly," said Scott Roller, TI's director of Internet marketing, in a statement.
